Driver First Assist offers emergency first aid skills to HGV drivers

Due to the long driving hours and time on the road many professional truck drivers can be first on the scene at a Road Traffic Accident.

In this unfortunate circustance would you know what to do?

Driver First Assist - DFA is a new non-profit organisation that offers fleet operators first aid training for HGV drivers.

Driver First Assist was found by ex-profeesional driver David Higginbottom. David states official figures show over that over half the people invloved in serious traffic collisions die before the paramedics arrive on the scene. David intends to offer first aid training for over 30,000 professional drivers through a 7 hour courses that outlines accident scene managment and emergency first aid.

With the right level of training a HGV driver on the scene of an accident could help save someones life.
